Definitions
“Instance” means the Services that will be associated to the Client.
“Reselling Partner” means the third party in charge of selling the Services to the Client, as Simonsoft official distributor or reseller.
“Services” means any Services delivered by Simonsoft to the Client and its Users including Simonsoft CMS and new functionality that will be offered in future versions. These Services do not cover the connectivity between the Client and the Internet.
“Service Levels” means the service level commitments of Simonsoft.
“Service Packages” means Services as ordered by the Client.
“Subscription Renewal Date” means the date upon which the Services will start.
“Software” means all software components which are distributed by Simonsoft to the Client.
“User” means any User of the Services that must be registered beforehand to the Instance associated with the Client. The Client is fully responsible for any User that has been registered in that Instance.
