Cloud Service Agreement

THIS LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND Simonsoft AB GOVERNS YOUR USE OF THE Simonsoft CMS SERVICES. IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU READ AND UNDERSTAND THE FOLLOWING TERMS. YOU ACCEPT THESE TERMS BY PURCHASING OR RENEWING THE SERVICES, THROUGH THE USE OF SERVICES, OR BY CONTINUING TO USE THE SERVICES AFTER BEING NOTIFIED OF A CHANGE OF THESE TERMS.

This agreement is done between: Simonsoft AB, a company organized and existing under the laws of Sweden, registered with the “Organisationsnummer” 559191-1978, having its registered office at Stora Åvägen 21, Askim, Sweden, hereafter referred to as “Simonsoft”,

And you, hereafter referred to as the "Client",

Hereinafter collectively referred to as “Parties”

WHEREAS, The Client is using Simonsoft solutions to manage its technical documentation. Simonsoft accepts to grant access to the Client to its cloud platform and to perform the associated Services, under the terms and conditions of the present Agreement. 

NOW, THEREFORE, the Parties have agreed as follows:
