Objective of this agreement

Simonsoft will provide the Client with the Services and will perform the Services in accordance with the Service Levels. Simonsoft commits to provide the Services in a manner consistent with general industry standards reasonably applicable to the provision thereof. The Services will perform substantially in accordance with the online product documentation under normal use and circumstances.
