Cloud Services

Simonsoft solutions are delivered as cloud services. The following services are included in the subscription of Simonsoft CMS:

  • Hosting in EU

  • The ownership of data (content) is with the customer.

  • Continous backup of data

  • 99% availability*

  • One yearly upgrade**

* For each individual customer system, the Simonsoft team will use commercially reasonable efforts to make the system available with an instance-level uptime of at least 99% during any month. In the event that up-time is below the threshold, customers are eligible to claim and receive a service credit of 30% of the monthly cost for that month.

** The upgrade concerns Simonsoft CMS only and not any customer-specific items such as Arbortext Application (e.g. stylesheets, Arbortext configuration) or similar.
