Subscription Invoicing and Automatic Renewal

With a few exceptions, all items listed in this document are subscriptions to Simonsoft CMS cloud services (or software licenses in the case of On Premises Installations). Unless otherwise agreed,

  • the subscription term is one (1) year

  • the renewal date is equal to the invoicing date

  • the subscription can be changed until the renewal date

  • the subscription is renewed automatically on the renewal date unless it has been changed or cancelled

Simonsoft CMS Pay per Data Model

One invoice per year with 1-year term and automatic renewal. Cancellation is possible until the renewal date.

The metrics are reported 2 months ahead of the renewal term.

Simonsoft CMS Pay per User Model

Option 1

One invoice per year with 1-year duration and automatic renewal. Users added during the year are invoiced pro rata (pay for the months remaining until the contract renewal)

Option 2

User licenses are invoiced individually during the year with 1-year term and automatic renewal.

Simonsoft Content Delivery invoicing

Microsite Packages

Purchased up-front for a 1–year period. Each Microsite package contains a specified amount of reserved capacity (see Metrics and Definitions).

Traffic and Storage Units

Customers may purchase additional reserved capacity in the form of traffic/storage units up-front. The order confirmation contains a summary of the total reserved capacity (i.e. traffic included in the Microsite Package plus reserved capacity in the form of units).

Unless otherwise agreed, the customer accepts to receive invoices from Simonsoft for additional usage of traffic or storage. The invoices will be sent on a quarterly basis in the form of a report which contains actual usage, reserved capacity, additional usage and the additional charges. If the additional usage exceeds 8 units, Simonsoft may switch to monthly invoicing.

Additional charges are in the form of Traffic or Storage units from Simonsoft price list unless otherwise agreed.
